Please join us for our first Serving Up Success Event! We will be gathering together to enjoy the delicious menu of Oklahoma City's own Chef Beth Lyon.

An Oklahoma City native, Executive Chef Beth Lyon began her career working at the Lobby Bar and Sushi Neko. She was accepted and is now a proud graduate of the renowned Coach House apprenticeship program. She became just the third woman to go through intensive culinary program. She was chosen as Chef de Cuisine of Kitchen 324, helping to open the restaurant and run several aspects of the kitchen. She was Executive Chef for the Mule and Anchor Down restaurants before Chef Lyon met Provision Kitchen owner Whitney McClendon in 2015. Provision Kitchen is a farm-to-table, convenient concept, aiming to bridge the gap between truly healthful eating and absolutely delicious food. Beth was hired as the Executive Chef to help open the new concept. Chef Lyon utilizes her culinary talents using the highest quality local and organic ingredients.
